Great question! In order to replace the services we offer, you'll have to hire at least 3 different people. A full-time medium-level photographer and a senior-level designer will cost at least $150,000 annually plus benefits by themselves. And good like finding an available one! Aside from the monetary costs, during the year, your demand for designs and photography fluctuates quite a bit. You might not have enough work to justify hiring somebody full-time for some months.

At Design Infinity, on our unlimited plans, you can pause and resume your membership for as many times as you need! and only pay for times when you actually have work. That's what makes us more than just a design agency!

Design & Website development:

Photography:

We use Trello, a great project management tool to handle all requests. You can type it out, link a Google doc, provide samples, or even send a short video.

For our unlimited clients, we can also use Discord or Slack for faster communication.

We typically work with clients with project budgets starting from $5000, and our unlimited plans have their own pricing of course.

Our photography services however, are open to anyone. But we still have a minimum 7 image requirement.

Websites:
The duration of a project depends on its scope and complexity. Once we have a clear understanding of your project's scope, we will be able to give you a more accurate timeline. In general, a simple website project can take 3-8 weeks, while a more complex project can take longer.

Designs:
We generally work on a monthly basis for design work. On average, each design request is finished within 2-3 business days.

Photography:
Standard (included): 8 Business days since we receive the products and the payment
Rush (+50% fee): 4 Business days since we receive the products and the payment

Standard: Single product in an image (apparel, accessories, etc).
Paired: Product consisting of 2 pieces (bottle + box, shoes, etc).
Jewelry & Watches: Highly detailed images featuring 1 reflective object.
Group: The image features 3 or more objects.
Flat-lay: Photos that are taken top-down and include multiple objects.

Most design requests are completed using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator or Figma. For photography, all photos are edited with Adobe Lightroom Classic & Adobe Photoshop (if any manipulations are required).

Design & Website development:
Think of us as an agency on retainer. You give us a task, we complete it in 2-3 business days on average. It's like having a full design & development department at a fraction of a cost. Since each client is different, contact us to see if this is a good plan for you.

Photography:
Think of us as your whole shooting department! You send us your products and tell us the types of photos you want. We deliver the photos in less than 8 business days on average without you going through the whole contract signing process. Ideal for clients with a high volume of photo requests.

For our unlimited plans at Design Infinity, we don't believe you should be paying for services you don't use and unlike most agencies, you have the ability to PAUSE your subscription! Of course, you can cancel anytime as well.
